What counts as an AI reply?
Each answer the AI sends to a visitor, and each reply on the Test agent tab. Messages from your team, replies tidied with AI, internal notes and visitor messages never count.
What happens if I reach my limit?
Your usage is shown in the dashboard, so you can see it coming. Upgrade at any time for more AI replies. Your team can always reply to conversations themselves.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings in your dashboard and your workspace moves back to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are in US dollars. Your card provider converts at its own rate if you pay in another currency.
